The Church of Eternity is based on the fundamental core themes encapsulated within the true message of the Lord Jesus Christ. Over the years, traditional faiths have misrepresented the original words of the Lord, in ways that instil false beliefs in followers. For example, idol worship.
Rev. Devasia, after years of studying and understanding the Bible, realized that followers needed a new direction. He shed the faith that he was brought up on, the Roman Catholic faith and founded a new order that celebrate the life and message of the Lord Jesus Christ. Thus was established the Church of Eternity by Rev. Devasia in 2008. The church is located at Pulingome.
The first retreat was held from Feb 8th 2008 to 17th Feb, 2008. Over a 1000 followers attended the gathering and received baptism in the water.
